For over a decade I have been partnering with corporates and companies, collaborating with leaders and teams, and ultimately coaching professionals to explore and discover self-crafted solutions. Solutions that facilitate a transition to the next generation of teams and leaders. And a more sustainable future.

Thriving in diverse contexts and cultures, I collaborate inclusively. I workshop vertically and horizontally across an organization to help strategically shape and plan solutions from and for all perspectives.

From finance to food, human resources to healthcare, retail to renewable energy, NPOs to SMMEs, my experience across sectors and skill sets is vast and exciting. Allowing me to hone an adaptable and flexible approach to the companies and people I partner with.
